Persian Apricot Rice Seasoning

The exceptional combination of sweet and spicy flavors is what makes this easy to use seasoning the perfect way to zest up rice and other types of grain dishes. How to make Persian Apricot Rice:

1 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Persian Apricot Rice Seasoning
1 Cup Basmati Rice
1 1/2 Cups Water
1/2 tsp. Salt

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Persian Apricot Rice Seasoning and saute for 30 seconds. Add rice and mix gently. Add water and salt, stir gently and bring to a boil, reducing the heat to low. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.

Ingredients: Apricot, Fried Onion, Golden Raisins, Almonds Roasted, Dates, Carrot, Parsley, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion
