How to make Persian Apricot Rice:
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Persian Apricot Rice Seasoning
1 Cup Basmati Rice
1 1/2 Cups Water
1/2 tsp. Salt
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Persian Apricot Rice Seasoning and saute for 30 seconds. Add rice and mix gently. Add water and salt, stir gently and bring to a boil, reducing the heat to low. Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
